What MeetingTravelPlanner is

MeetingTravelPlanner ("MeetingTrip") is a planning tool designed to help business travelers estimate when to leave for an out-of-town meeting. It calculates estimated flight time, time-zone differences and recommended travel buffers based on the information you enter.

Estimates only

All results provided by MeetingTrip — including flight durations, travel times, time-zone calculations, and suggested buffers — are estimates for planning purposes only. Real-world conditions such as routing, weather, aircraft type, and air traffic control can cause actual travel times to differ, sometimes significantly, from what is shown.

No live airline data

MeetingTrip does not provide live airline schedules, ticket availability, delay information, or guaranteed travel times. You should always verify your final itinerary directly with the relevant airline, airport, booking provider, or other authoritative source before making travel decisions.

Not a travel agency

MeetingTrip is not a travel agency, airline, or booking service, and it does not sell airline tickets or make bookings on your behalf.

External links and third-party services

The website may link to external, third-party services for your convenience — for example, Google Flights. Any such external link is governed by that third party's own terms of use and privacy policy, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, raumquadrat GmbH provides MeetingTrip on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not guarantee that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its estimates will match real-world outcomes.
